These Terms & Conditions govern the use of coaching services provided by Maria Laffon.

By engaging in coaching services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Coaching Services

Coaching is a professional, forward-focused process designed to support personal and professional development. Services may include:

• One-to-one coaching sessions
  
  

• Team coaching or workshops
  
  

• Structured coaching programmes
  
  

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Engagement & Process

All coaching engagements begin with an initial conversation to assess fit and define objectives.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and may take place online or in person.

The coaching process is collaborative and results depend on the Client’s commitment and engagement.

3. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are strictly confidential.

Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees will be agreed in advance and confirmed prior to the start of the coaching engagement.

Payment terms:

• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed
  
  

• Sessions or programmes are non-transferable

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session
  
  

• Late cancellations may be charged in full
  
  

• Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for:

• Their decisions, actions, and outcomes
  
  

• Their participation and engagement in the coaching process

No guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maria Laffon is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages resulting from coaching services.

All decisions and actions taken by the Client are their sole responsibility.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with reasonable notice.

Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

Any unused sessions may be subject to an agreed timeframe or forfeited.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
