COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 15 years building my career in international retail, Mango, Hugo Boss and Massimo Dutti, most recent as Commercial Director UK & Ireland.


I know first-hand what it means to lead people, deliver results and make decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Today, I bring that experience into my coaching, combining a practical, challenging and strengths-based approach to help you step back, see things differently and recognise what you already bring.
