ABOUT ME

I’m a retail and commercial leader turned coach, with more than 15 years’ experience in senior roles across global retail organisations.

My approach is practical, grounded and shaped by real-world experience. I understand the pressures, complexity and expectations that come with leadership roles, and I create a confidential, supportive space where my clients can step back, think clearly and explore their challenges openly.
