LET’S TALK

About Maria

I’m a Career & Leadership Coach for experienced managers navigating change, growth and what’s next. Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 15 years building my career in international retail and commercial leadership, including Mango, Massimo Dutti and Hugo Boss, most recently as Commercial Director UK & Ireland

I’ve led teams and delivered results in environments where targets, customers, deadlines, constant change and pressure are part of everyday life. I know what it’s like to be responsible for both people and results, manage competing priorities and keep delivering when there isn’t much time to step back and think.

That experience is one of the reasons I’m particularly drawn to working with managers in fast-paced, commercially driven environments.

Today, I combine that real-world leadership experience with professional coaching and a strengths-based, positive psychology approach.

Coaching wasn’t a career change for me,
it was natural evolution.

My role isn’t to tell you what you should do. It’s to challenge your thinking, help you see different perspectives and recognise the resources you already have, so you can make decisions that reflect who you are and what you want now.

MY APPROACH

It’s about stepping back, seeing things differently and understanding what you need now.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

  • I reached out to Maria during an important career transition when I was feeling discouraged and had lost confidence. Through her coaching, she gave me the tools to regain clarity, trust in my strengths, and move forward with purpose. Her deep understanding of the industry and tailored approach played a key role in helping me secure the role I had been aiming for. As I begin this new chapter, I'm continuing to work with Maria to support my growth and development.

    Vanesa - Retail Area Manager

  • It was my first time doing a coaching session, and I have to say it was a really great experience for me. I don’t know how to express how thankful I am to Maria. She is a true professional. She helped me a lot by guiding me to recognize the things I already knew but I wasn’t putting into practice.

-Patricia Alba - Senior Visual Merchandiser-

  • Maria has supported me with going through a professional and personal transition. Her coaching sessions have been very helpful in finding new ways to approach things and to structure my thoughts. She used tools or exercises to help me make decisions or gain confidence in my decisions (as I was getting a bit anxious or doubtful about them). Having her practical approach was really helpful! She was always very kind and listening to my needs from the start of our session so she could best lead it. She was also flexible with the timeslots. I would recommend her if you need a good coach to guide you through any life/work challenge or transition. I'm grateful for all the help I received!

    -Judith - Career Transition-

    Sales representative Heineken-

  • Maria’s coaching sessions have given me the clarity and motivation I’ve needed to move forward with my career goals. Each week, she was able to help me think differently and develop creative solutions to obstacles that were holding me back. I’d highly recommend Maria to anyone who is looking to unlock that confidence and direction to make important changes, whether that’s career or life focused.

    Tom - Creative

  • Before working with Maria, I felt completely overwhelmed and stuck in my own head. I knew what I needed to do, but I couldn't find the 'start' button. Maria, helped me declutter my thoughts and break through the mental noise. Thanks to her guidance, I finally have a clear roadmap and the focus I needed to jumpstart my work. If you’re feeling paralyzed by indecision, she is the person to call.
