I’ve built my career internationally, living and leading across different countries, navigating constant change along the way. I know what it takes to start over, step up, and redefine yourself while operating at pace.

With 15+ years in international retail and senior leadership roles, I understand the pressure of delivering results, making fast decisions and leading people in an industry that never stops.

I bring a combination of real-world commercial leadership experience and professional coaching training.

I’ve held senior roles within brands such as Massimo Dutti, Mango and Hugo Boss, and have worked with companies including Panambi and Heineken.

I trained with Barefoot Coaching, an ICF-accredited school, and I am currently working towards my ICF ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
