LET’S TALK

Soy coach de carrera y liderazgo y trabajo con managers con experiencia que están atravesando momentos de cambio, crecimiento profesional o planteándose cuál será su siguiente paso. Antes de convertirme en coach, desarrollé mi carrera durante más de 15 años en el sector del retail internacional y en posiciones de liderazgo comercial, trabajando en empresas como Mango, Massimo Dutti y Hugo Boss, y más recientemente como Directora Comercial para Reino Unido e Irlanda.

He liderado equipos y conseguido resultados en entornos donde los objetivos, los clientes, los plazos, el cambio constante y la presión forman parte del día a día. Sé lo que significa ser responsable tanto de las personas como de los resultados, gestionar prioridades que compiten entre sí y seguir avanzando cuando apenas hay tiempo para parar, tomar perspectiva y pensar.


Esa experiencia es una de las razones por las que me motiva especialmente trabajar con managers que se mueven en entornos dinámicos, exigentes y con una fuerte orientación comercial.


Hoy combino esa experiencia real en liderazgo con el coaching profesional y un enfoque basado en fortalezas y psicología positiva.
