Antes de dedicarme al coaching, desarrollé mi carrera durante más de 15 años en el sector retail internacional, avanzando hacia posiciones senior y regionales y, más recientemente, como Directora Comercial para Reino Unido e Irlanda.

Conozco de primera mano lo que significa liderar equipos, conseguir resultados y tomar decisiones en entornos rápidos y de alta presión.

Hoy llevo esa experiencia a mis sesiones de coaching, combinándola con un enfoque práctico, retador y basado en fortalezas para ayudarte a tomar perspectiva, ver las cosas de otra manera y reconocer todo lo que ya tienes a tu favor.
